Grahan ke Dauran Savdhaniyan: Science aur Tradition ki Puri Jankari
Astronomy mein Surya aur Chandra Grahan ka hamesha se ek special place raha hai. Saal 2026 mein hone wale grahanon (eclipses) ko lekar logon mein kaafi excitement hai. Water: Grahan ke dauran pani peene se bhi bachna chahiye, agar bahut zaruri ho to ubla hua (boiled) pani hi piyein.
4. Sutak Kaal ka importance
Grahan shuru hone se kuch ghante pehle 'Sutak Kaal' lag jata hai. Solar Eclipse mein ye 12 ghante pehle aur Lunar Eclipse mein 9 ghante pehle shuru hota hai. Is time mandiron ke doors band kar diye jate hain aur koi bhi naya ya manglik kaam nahi kiya jata.
5. Grahan ke baad kya karein?
Ek baar jab grahan khatam ho jaye, to cleaning aur purification zaroori hai:
Sabse pehle pure ghar mein Gangajal ka chidkaw (spray) karein.
Khud nahayein (bath lein) aur saaf kapde pehnein.
Zaruratmand logon ko anaaj (grains), til ya kapdon ka daan karein. Daan karna grahan ke dosh door karne ka sabse achha tarika hai.
6. Science vs Tradition
Scientifically dekha jaye to, Grahan ke dauran savdhaniyan sirf eyes ki safety aur radiation se bachne tak limited hain. Science ye nahi maanta ki khana kharab ho jata hai. Halanki, Indian traditions mein in rules ka palan sadiyon se kiya ja raha hai taaki mind aur body ko pure rakha ja sake.
